Cybersecurity Awareness Training for Employees
Digital security starts with people
Even the best technical safeguards cannot eliminate risk if employees are unable to recognize a suspicious email, a fraudulent link, an attempt to steal information, or content generated or manipulated using AI.
Neuronshot provides practical cybersecurity awareness training for employees of public authorities, local government institutions, organizations, and businesses.
We show participants what modern cyber threats look like and, most importantly, how to respond appropriately when they encounter them in their everyday work.
What do we cover?
Our training focuses on situations employees may realistically encounter while using email, the Internet, mobile devices, and IT systems in their daily work.
Depending on your organization’s needs, the training program may include:
-
Phishing and social engineering – how to recognize fraudulent emails, fake login pages, malicious text messages, and attempts to steal information.
-
Email security – what to check before opening an attachment, clicking a link, or responding to a message.
-
Passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA) – how to properly protect access to accounts and systems.
-
Malware – how to reduce the risk of infection and how to respond to suspicious files or unusual device behavior.
-
Safe use of the Internet and work devices – essential security practices for computers, smartphones, and online services.
-
Information and data protection – how to reduce the risk of accidentally disclosing information to unauthorized individuals.
-
Incident response – what to do after clicking a suspicious link, providing credentials, losing a device, or noticing unusual activity.
-
AI and deepfakes – how artificial intelligence can be used to create convincing messages, images, voice recordings, and videos, as well as to impersonate managers, colleagues, or representatives of other organizations.
AI is also changing the way cybercriminals operate
A phishing email no longer needs to contain obvious spelling or grammar mistakes. A fraudulent voice recording or video can convincingly imitate a real person.
During the training, we explain why the development of generative AI makes it increasingly important to verify not only the information we receive, but also who it actually comes from.
Participants learn about threats involving deepfakes, AI voice cloning, AI-generated fraudulent messages, and attempts to obtain sensitive information or persuade employees to take specific actions by impersonating another person.
Practical, real-world training
Our goal is not to present dozens of slides filled with technical definitions.
We want employees to leave the training knowing what warning signs to look for and what to do when something does not seem right.
For this reason, we use practical examples and scenarios based on situations employees may encounter in their everyday work.
The program and its technical level are adapted to the participants. No specialist IT knowledge is required.
Who is the training for?
We can provide cybersecurity awareness training for:
local and municipal authorities • public sector organizations • local government entities • public institutions • municipal companies • private companies and other organizations
Training can be provided to an entire organization or to selected groups of employees.
